Very tasty food! Friendly service, prices absolutely fair. Therefore only to be recommended.

The food is excellent. Chapó to the cook. Good bread too. Wine a bit expensive. Tuesdays evening with the seafood is great. Portions are not very big, sevice is ok, but could improve. Reservation is a must otherwise is very hard to find a table. Try it out and see for yourself

The price on the card did not match the invoice. If you paid too much, you won't get it back ...

Top location in the middle of Konstanz. Unfortunately, the salad consists almost exclusively of a head of lettuce and the noodles were way too soft ...

Very good food. Staff is friendly, but sometimes very slow, in any case we had to wait longer than other guests who came after us and ordered the same. In addition, one of the employees often nibbled on tiramisu with his bare hands while he was preparing a portion for the guests - not particularly hygienic.

We sat outside and could watch the hustle and bustle (pedestrian zone). There are delicious cakes with different coffees. Staff is friendly.

Previously, I would have given this place 5 stars. However, recently the quality and service seems to have really taken a downturn. The friendliness of the female staff is a major area for improvement. They all seem to have the attitude that customers are a burden. We loved this place before and would love to see it shine like it used to!

I like the dining concept - which is to choose several medium sized plates according to your appetite - rather than the traditional appetizer followed by main dish, and as I live not too far from the Swiss German border I've been coming here for years with my wife. In the past I would have given 4 🌟 however the quality seems to have gone down a bit, and the quantity as well. Perhaps a need to economize after Corona caused damage to profitability? I don't know but hope it gets back to normal. They are not really capacity constrained in good weather due to ample outdoor seating so the economics should work at least when the weather is nice. Anyway the food is good and I recommend it. What I can't recommend is the attitude. The staff has never been particularly friendly here, rather typically efficient. This is generally ok for me and pretty usual for a high traffic tourist area. However on this visit we had a particular problem which the management refused to help with. My wife is allergic to a particular ingredient, which is commonly mentioned on menus. Of the 9 choices on the menu 4 of them mentioned this ingredient, so my wife naturally chose from the others. When her food arrived one of her choices had this ingredient in spite of it not being mentioned, and she had an allergic reaction. We told the waitress who said she had to discuss with her manager. She came back and said she would be happy to bring a different dish but we still had to pay for the first one and recommended I eat it or take it home as I am not allergic. Well it is only EUR 10, but I thought this a poor decision and asked to speak to her manager. She came back and said the manager is too busy to talk to me but I was free to email her. Crass to say the least. I told her I would post my thoughts publicly and her manager could read them there. She said she would prefer an email, the end. My wife and I spent EUR 120 including drinks, and the manager would not extend a courtesy on a EUR 10 item and could not be bothered to spend 2 minutes with me to resolve the situation. Like I said the food is good. Decide for yourself if it good enough to compensate the bad attitude when there are so many other good choices in the old town of Konstanz and next to the nearby lake, where there are numerous more congenial choices.

Very interesting place. They offer a variety of small plates which were all delicious. Unfortunately as far as I understood today was the last day of this menu, but I'm sure the new one will be just as good. Shown here are the salmon ceviche, filo pastry with marinated artichokes, and strawberry tiramisu. Not pictured here, we also had the Sommerwein, golden apple, and Quincy Joe. Loved everything.

Fresh, delicious food. You should reserve, however. In the service were so far all, except one, friendly. The drinks orders last quite long and one was forgotten. Of course it can always happen and was excused. I like to go there again.

The guesthouse is truly beautifully decorated. Not a cheap decoration, but it was a lot of color really pretty adapted to each other. The food was not the only thing that makes big eyes in this restaurant! In fact, I deeply enjoy trying out new restaurants and looking for new restaurants around the clock, but I will stick to this inn. The professionalism of the staff is truly impressive. I can only recommend this restaurant!

Food is delicious but not the best value for the money. Portions are too small! To get satisfied you have to eat at least 3 plates: for 40€!

Good food and 100% great service. I opted for the vegetarian options, which are not much. The best food at reasonable prices in a cozy atmosphere. You have to go there and eat to know it yourself. Rhubarb-vanilla soda was really delicious.

Very hip place. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the flavors. My salmon rice dish was super dry and basic. The wine was great, though!

Great place with possitive atmosphere and fantastic food. We tried couple of plates and all were really tasty. Delicious meet - very soft and full of taste. Aromatic fish soup with tomatoes and perfect chocolate cake for desert:)

Went to ess/bar a couple of times for lunch. Like the meals, location and service. Good price/value.
